Home

The home screen serves as the launching pad for the app, providing you with immediate access to all pertinent information. Without the need to venture elsewhere, you can effortlessly glance at your details and stay informed in seconds.

Utilize the toolbar located at the bottom of the screen to seamlessly navigate to various resources within the app. We'll guide you through each one, ensuring you maximize your experience with Smart Health.

Profile

You can modify and refresh your personal information (My Info). You can also update and include Insurance policies, review and revise Key Contacts, and make alterations or additions to your Health Summary.

Insurance

By utilizing the Insurance button, you can promptly review each plan integrated into your account and make necessary adjustments. Furthermore, you have the option to incorporate new coverage to complete your comprehensive health record in Smart Health.

Network

The Network button grants access to Contacts and Connections:

Contacts encompass any relationships established within Smart Health, including your insurance details.

Connections serve as links to your insurance provider, enabling seamless information exchange between your Smart Health profile and the insurance provider.

InboxYour Inbox serves as a secure email repository where your healthcare providers can directly communicate with you, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of your information.
