Adding your insurance details adds a whole other level of simplicity to your Smart Health profile. With just a few clicks and your login details, you will be able to check in easily the next time you visit your provider's office.
The screens displayed and the authorization requests may differ based on your insurance provider. However, the steps to complete the process will remain the same. These directions take into account that you have already setup an account with your insurance provider.
1. Review your specific authorization agreement
Using your insurance account credentials (username and password), login (Not displayed)
2. Your insurance provider will verify your details.
3. Smart Health will start the process of importing your insurance details.
4. Once verified and completed, the insurance details will be displayed.
A. To make adjustments to your "Profile Sharing Settings."
B. Disconnect your insurance from the app
5. Profile Sharing Settings provides the ability to fine-tune what is shared with your insurance ...provider.
A. Share the Health Info you have added to the app.
B. Share your Key Contacts as they are entered into the app.
C. Save your selections.
