Smart Health has made the process of creating your account quick and easy. Just set aside 4 minutes to get started and take advantage of near-frictionless doctor visits.

1. Download the Smart Health App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

2. Gather one of the following approved IDs: (We recommend scanning your ID in a well-lit room)

State-issued driver's license
State-issued ID
A USA Passport

Part Two - Adding your medical coverage

3. Have your health insurance card handy

In this step, we will link your medical insurance to the Smart Health App

From the Home tab of the Smart Health App, click 1 Add Insurance, then 2 Medical Insurance

4. Search for your insurance company by name and select

1. Type the first few letters of your insurance company name

2. Select your company from the list below

3. Review the steps and click Continue

5. Sign in to your insurance account and review the authorization request

1. Review and scroll to the bottom of the agreement (yours may appear differently)

2. Select the record you would like to include in your profile

3. Click Agree

6. Smart Health will now communicate with your insurance company to link your details - this process can take a few seconds.

7. Your coverage is now displayed. To see additional details, click the >

If you need to delete the connection to your coverage, click Remove
